Certificates of analysis
A QuadBio lot is released only after an independent laboratory confirms purity, identity and content. The certificate for every released lot is published here, so the sheet in the box can be checked against the record online.

How a lot is released
- Manufacture
Synthesized by solid-phase peptide synthesis at a contracted manufacturer operating under ISO 9001. The manufacturer’s own HPLC, MS and amino-acid analysis arrive with the lot.
- Quarantine and sampling
Lots are held at −20 °C under quarantine. A sample is drawn under a documented chain of custody and sent for independent testing.
- Independent testing
Purity (RP-HPLC, 220 nm), identity (ESI-MS), net peptide content, water and counter-ion are determined by an ISO/IEC 17025-accredited analytical laboratory named on the certificate.
- Release or reject
A lot that meets every specification is released and its certificate published. A lot that fails any specification is returned or destroyed; it is never re-labelled or blended.
What a QuadBio certificate shows
The layout below is a specimen. Values are illustrative and do not describe any manufactured lot.
| Test | Method | Specification | Result |
|---|---|---|---|
| Appearance | Visual | White to off-white powder | Conforms |
| Purity | RP-HPLC, 220 nm | ≥ 98.0 % | 98.7 % (specimen) |
| Identity | ESI-MS | 1419.5 ± 1.4 Da | 1419.6 Da (specimen) |
| Net peptide content | Amino-acid analysis | Report | 83 % (specimen) |
| Water | Karl Fischer | Report | 5.1 % (specimen) |
| Counter-ion | Ion chromatography | Trifluoroacetate, report | 11 % (specimen) |
Storage −20 °C, desiccated. Retest 24 months from issue. Released by [name, title]. This certificate relates only to the lot stated and does not constitute approval for any use other than in-vitro laboratory research.
Safety data sheets
WHMIS 2015 format
A safety data sheet in the WHMIS 2015 (GHS) 16-section format, in English and French, accompanies every shipment and is available on request for any catalogue item. Most lyophilized peptides are not classified as hazardous; the SDS says so explicitly rather than leaving the question open.
Labels
Each vial is labelled with product name, catalogue and lot number, net peptide mass, storage condition, and the statement “For laboratory research use only. Not for human or veterinary use.” Labels carry no instructions for administration.
Released lots
Every released lot appears here with its certificate. Nothing has shipped yet; the first production lots will be listed as they clear independent testing.
