Open an institutional account

Applications are accepted from people authorized to purchase on behalf of a university, college, hospital research institute, CRO, biotechnology or pharmaceutical R&D group, or government laboratory in Canada.

Attestations Products will be used only for in-vitro laboratory research, or for animal research conducted under a protocol approved by the institution’s animal care committee, by qualified personnel. Products will not be administered to any human being, used in any clinical, cosmetic or wellness setting, or compounded, formulated or repackaged for such use. Products will not be resold, transferred or shipped outside the institution or outside Canada. I am authorized to open a purchasing account on behalf of this institution, and I agree to the Terms of sale.

What we check

The institution exists and conducts research (website, registry or university listing)
The applicant’s email is on the institution’s domain and the role is one that purchases reagents
The delivery address is a laboratory or institutional receiving point
The stated research program is consistent with the peptides requested

What we refuse

Personal email addresses, residential or mailbox addresses
Clinics, med-spas, gyms, wellness or anti-aging businesses
Quantities out of proportion to the described research
Any request for dosing, reconstitution or administration information

Ongoing

Accounts are re-verified every twelve months
Order patterns are reviewed; repeat small orders or address changes trigger a call to the institution
Records are kept for seven years
Suspected diversion is reported to the institution and, where appropriate, to Health Canada

Payment and shipping

Payment

Quotations and invoices in Canadian dollars; GST/HST and provincial sales tax added where applicable. Approved institutions are invoiced on net-30 terms. Payment by electronic funds transfer, wire or institutional cheque. QuadBio does not accept credit or debit cards, Interac e-Transfer from personal accounts, or payment apps.

Shipping

Canada only, by tracked courier with signature on delivery, to the institutional address verified on the account. Lyophilized peptides ship at ambient temperature with desiccant; place at −20 °C on receipt. Each shipment includes the lot certificate of analysis and safety data sheet. Report shortages or damage within five business days.
